Elizabeth spotted an Instagram post I’d written on how to write in your preferred tone of voice and dropped me a DM to ask for help. She felt her website copy lacked in personality and didn’t reflect what her brand was all about. To determine the right kind of vibe for the brand voice I sought to understand Elizabeth’s vision and the impact she wanted to make with her jewellery.
