REFILL: FIND WATER ON THE GO

Website Redesign

A not-for-profit on a mission to reduce plastic pollution at source by making it easier for people to find and refill their water bottle for free, on the go.

The Challenge

After experiencing substantial growth over the last few years, with over 12,000 Refill Stations in the UK and over 65,0000 downloads of their Refill App. Refill needed a refresh of their website to better reflect the modern, innovative and award-winning organisation they are today.

The redesign underwent a thorough site audit, with user pathways and information architecture updated, along with the visuals and copy.

We were very much on the same page in terms of where the website needed to go. This made it extremely easy to trust your decisions and from then on I was always assured that the website was going in the right direction and in safe hands. For me, the process felt intuitive in the sense that it moved in the right direction without the hassle of having loads of back and forth.
